Last Phillips Ranch Site for Homes Sold

The last 143 acres available for residential development at Phillips Ranch in Pomona have been purchased by Gfeller Development Co., headquartered in Tustin.

Gfeller intends to build 266 homes on the site, sold by Unocal Land & Development Co. Sales are expected to begin during the first quarter of 1988 on single-family homes starting at $160,000.
