Barbara M. Chylak has been appointed vice president and purchasing manager of First Interstate Mortgage Acceptance Co., Pasadena. Prior to joining the firm, Chylak was affiliated with Sears Mortgage Securities Corp. as director, loan administration.

Felix Laumann, manager of marketing/communications for Phillips Financial Group, Agoura Hills, has been elected president of the Conejo Valley Board of Realtors. Laumann, currently first vice-president of the board, will succeed Ann Hilton, current president, on Jan. 1.

Chuck Schreiber has been named president of Rancon Real Estate Corp., headquartered at its Commercial Properties Division, Rancho California. Schreiber, active in the commercial real estate business in Southern California, was previously affiliated with Ashwill-Burke & Co.
