San Diego Soccer : USD Shuts Out Loyola Marymount

Vince Bianchi scored two goals to lead the University of San Diego to a 5-0 victory over Loyola Marymount in a West Coast Athletic Conference soccer match Saturday at San Diego.

James Kyle, Bob Welsh and Steve Herman added goals for USD (10-4-2 overall, 3-1 in conference play). Loyola Marymount is 3-10-2 and 0-3.

Point Loma Nazarene 2, Fresno Pacific 1--The Crusaders broke Fresno Pacific’s eight-match winning streak with the Golden State Athletic Conference victory at home. Chris Little and J.K. Strandberg scored to give Point Loma (4-9-1, 1-4) a 2-0 lead. Fresno Pacific is 6-9-1, 2-2-1.
