Germans
I am tired of seeing every German who was alive during World War II portrayed in American movies and television programs as a pervert or a sadist. The activities of the communists and their sympathizers, on the other hand, are usually put into “historical perspective.” Perhaps the House Committee on Un-American Activities had a point when it spoke of the tremendous power of the motion picture medium for education and propaganda.
