CommerceBancorp’s 3rd-Quarter Net Rises

CommerceBancorp, the recently formed holding company for CommerceBank in Newport Beach, posted consolidated net income of $380,000 for the third quarter, a 15.9% increase from the $328,000 earned last year. For the first nine months, the company reported net income of $1.15 million, up 22% from $939,000 a year earlier.
