Not Looking Forward to Mismatch or Rematch
The suspense surrounding the Big Ten’s Rose Bowl representative this year is excruciating! Indiana, Northwestern or Michigan State?
Isn’t it time to throw tradition out the window and bring a game with some real national championship bearing to Pasadena on New Years Day? The Big Ten will soon be entering the third decade of its submission to the Pac-10. Why not entice Syracuse, Miami of Florida or the Oklahoma-Nebraska loser to the Rose Bowl game?
I, for one, am not looking forward to a UCLA-Indiana massacre or the long-awaited USC-Michigan State rematch.
