Glendale Man Found Shot to Death
A man was found dead in a car in the parking lot of a firm on Imperial Highway early Tuesday morning, Police Capt. Jim Oman said.
The victim was identified as Arthur George Ouzounian, 33, of Glendale. Oman said Ouzounian had been shot in the face and upper chest with a small-caliber handgun.
“It’s definitely not a suicide,” Oman said, adding that investigators were treating the case as a murder.
A night security guard at NI Industries Inc., 1225 W. Imperial Highway, found the body in a late-model Chrysler about 5 a.m., Oman said.
Police said Ouzounian was not an employee of the firm, which manufactures wheels and wheel rims for automobiles.
No weapon was found at the scene, and police said they have no suspects in the killing.
