New Telephone Service: A new $8-million computer system that allows for speedier calls and more options will go into service today for more than 52,500 Pacific Bell customers, a utility spokesman said. Such options as call waiting, call forwarding, three-way calling and speed dialing will now be available at additional cost, said Craig MacDonald. The new system affects only Garden Grove customers with the prefixes 530, 534, 537, 539, 554, 636, 638, and 741.
