Air Crash in Fog Kills 4

LANCASTER, Tex. —
A single-engine plane piloted by a businessman who was not trained to fly in bad weather crashed Saturday after taking off in heavy fog from a suburban Dallas airport, killing all four people aboard, authorities said.
