Talk-show host Larry King ended speculation that he might leave Cable News Network by signing a new, multiyear contract this week with the Turner Broadcasting-owned network. Word had him talking with top syndicator King World about a possible show to take the place of its failed “Nightlife” with David Brenner. King anchors “Larry King Live,” a nightly one-hour interview program from CNN’s Washington bureau, and also hosts “The Larry King Show” on the Mutual Radio Network.
