Lazers Play Wings in Wichita Tonight

The Lazers are on the road for a game against the Wichita Wings tonight at the Kansas Coliseum, where they will be trying for their second straight Major Indoor Soccer League victory.

Wednesday night, the Lazers (1-3) beat the San Diego Sockers, 3-2, at the Forum. A. J. Lachowecki got his first start in goal and picked up the win, making 20 saves.

Lazer Coach Keith Tozer said he will wait until just before game time to decide whether to start Lachowecki again or David Brcic, who gave up 20 goals in the Lazers’ first three games.

Wichita (2-1) is coming off an 8-3 victory over the St. Louis Steamers. The Wings won 5 of 6 games from the Lazers last season.
