Police have arrested two Sacramento men who allegedly used a bail bond company as a front for a major rock cocaine distribution outlet.

Narcotics agents believe much of the drug was brought to Sacramento by couriers, usually members of a Los Angeles street gang, The Bloods, with affiliate groups here.

Paul Benjamin Cambell, 23, the co-owner of South City Bail Bonds Co. was arrested Thursday night and charged with conspiracy. Dwayne Neal, 22, was arrested Friday morning on charges of possessing narcotics and receiving stolen property.
