Trammell Crow Co. Receives Energy Award
Trammell Crow Co. of Irvine has received an award from the Southern California Edison Co. for outstanding achievement in the management of electrical energy.
Utilizing innovative energy management methods and $100,000 in energy rebates, the firm posted two-year energy savings in excess of $1 million at its Park Place development in Irvine. Savings from its electric bill in a 12-month period meant a reduction of more than 6,190,600 kilowatt hours.
