Portugal Leader Will Visit Moscow

LISBON — Portuguese President Mario Soares left Lisbon on Sunday for a one-week visit to the Soviet Union that will include talks with Soviet leader Mikhail S. Gorbachev and activist Andrei D. Sakharov and his wife, Yelena Bonner. Soares will arrive today after a stopover in Helsinki.
