Maxwell J. Fenmore, Developer
Maxwell J. Fenmore, 77, a property developer whose firm, Ponty-Fenmore, developed the Pacific Harbor and Tahiti Marina apartment complexes in Marina del Rey and was the successful bidder, in 1962, for the old Hal Roach Studios on West Washington Boulevard, where his company erected an industrial park. A former member of the board of trustees of South Western University School of Law, of which he was a graduate, Fenmore over the years built and developed projects in Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara counties.
