Athletic footwear maker Reebok International Ltd. has modified its purchase agreement with Elesse International. Under the new agreement, Reebok will buy the Italian sportswear maker’s U.S. subsidiary and its trademarks in the United States and Canada for about $25 million. Previously, Reebok had agreed to purchase all of Elesse for about $64 million.
