Train and crew dispatching, management and freight offices will be based within three years only in Kansas City, Kan.; Newton, Kan.; Dallas/Fort Worth; Albuquerque, N.M.; Winslow, Ariz., and Los Angeles. Locomotive repair facilities will be downgraded to the performance of light repairs in Barstow, Calif.; Kansas City, Kan., and Cleburne, Tex.
