Baldwin Park : Council Approves Survey

Share

The City Council has contracted with the Claremont Graduate School’s Center for Applied Social Research to conduct a telephone survey asking residents to assess the adequacy of information they get from the city.

The survey, which will cost $12,500, will determine how residents get information about the city and its services, whether that information meets their needs and what additional information they would be interested in getting.

The survey was initiated as part of a project to determine whether the city needs to establish a public communications program, said Ellen Volmert, assistant to the city manager. The city expects to have the results of the survey sometime in March, Volmert said.
