Betty Ford Hospitalized
Former First Lady Betty Ford was readmitted to Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage on Thursday for treatment of an “allergic reaction” to an antibiotic prescribed after undergoing heart bypass surgery at the hospital Nov. 20, a Ford family aide said.
Mrs. Ford was reported in “very good condition” and is expected to return home sometime over the weekend, Penny Circle said.
