Car Bomb Blast Kills 11 in Spain

ZARAGOZA, Spain —
A car bomb exploded today outside a Civil Guard barracks and killed 11 people and wounded 30, Spanish National Radio said. Officials blamed Basque separatists.
The three-story building housed members of the paramilitary guards and their families, and the radio said at least four of those killed in the 6 a.m. explosion were young children.
