Ollan Cassell, the executive director of The Athletics Congress, was found innocent of any wrongful act of his position as alleged in an unsigned letter to TAC.
Princeton Coach Larry Ellis, chairman of a three-person ad hoc committee of TAC chosen to investigate the allegations, made its report at the annual convention of the national governing body for track and field in Honolulu.
Ellis said many of the items in the letter were dismissed as being totally inaccurate, or inappropriate.
