Quake Jolts 2 Counties on Georgia, Carolina Border

ELBERTON, Ga. —
An earthquake registering 3.1 on the Richter scale rattled windows and shook floors in two counties along the border of Georgia and South Carolina Friday night, authorities said. No damage or injuries were reported.
