“Streetfight.” Academy. $79.95. Only the name has been changed--”Streetfight” is “Coonskin” (1975), Ralph Bakshi’s violent, angry attempt to update Joel Chandler Harris’ “Uncle Remus” stories. The package bears the warning, “This film offends everybody,” which isn’t far wrong: The grotesque caricatures that appear in animated sections of this live action/cartoon combination are sure to anger blacks, gays, Italians and women. The film’s occasional innovative graphic ideas are lost in a sea of cartoon blood. “A rose by any other name. . . .” Information: (800) 972-0001. **
