Repealing the 22nd Amendment

I would like to say that this one of the worst ideas you had in a long time.
The presidency is a heavy burden to carry and takes its toll on any person in terms of health and burnout. In addition to that we haven’t lately had any Presidents who were so great they couldn’t be replaced. Even Franklin D. Roosevelt in his fourth term was no longer a well-functioning President.
Also we must encourage better and younger persons to aim for the presidency. The idea that the incumbent would be eligible for a third term, and therefore is at an advantage, might discourage some qualified men or women to make the tremendous effort and expense that a presidential campaign requires.
