George Harrison’s “Cloud Nine” (No. 11) is about to inch into Billboard magazine’s pop album Top 10. Barry Manilow’s “Swing Street” album, which is supposedly launching his comeback, is off to a slow start. This week it moved up just two notches--to No. 74. Soul singer Roger’s “Unlimited” album is a surprise hit, climbing steadily in the past few weeks. It’s No. 44 and is a good bet to crack the Top 20. Stalled: INXS’ “Kick” at No. 14 and Stevie Wonder’s “Characters” at No. 17. Singles: George Michael’s “Faith” is the No. 1 single for the third straight week; Michael Jackson’s “The Way You Make Me Feel” (No. 7) is the third Top 10 single from his “Bad” album.

* Foreigner appears to have another hit with “Inside Information,” which debuted at No. 48 on the pop chart.
