Trapped Coal Miner Saved

WOODBINE, Ky. —
A miner was rescued Thursday after spending 19 hours trapped inside a coal mine where the roof had collapsed, officials said. Charles Simpson Jr., 34, did not suffer any serious injuries, they said.
