Darco U.S.A., a subsidiary of Darco Inc., will begin marketing Chinese-made oil field products in the United States under an agreement reached by the Santa Fe Springs, Calif., oil field maintenance firm and China’s largest manufacturer of oil field equipment.

Under the distribution agreement with Lanzhou Petroleum & Chemical Machinery Works, Darco will also market the Chinese-made equipment abroad. Darco said major oil companies have committed to testing and evaluating the Darco/L.S. products.

Meanwhile, the U.S. firm is planning to set up distributorships in oil states, including Alaska, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, North Dakota, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming.
