Roman Polanski in Exile

Over the years, people in the movie industry like Polanski (directors, producers, writers, movie moguls) have managed to lower moral standards by their collective “creative” efforts. Some of the efforts have really been attempts to justify their own perversions. It would be pathetic if it were not so destructive to susceptible people.

The writer of the article, Michael Cieply, and Polanski’s friends do not seem to understand how reprehensible Polanski’s acts are. He broke the laws, good laws, and got caught. He escaped justice by running away. Now friends and lawyers are maneuvering and trying to find a judge who will do “the right thing” so Polanski can return to Los Angeles. I think these men should be warned that they should lock up their daughters if they are successful.
