A 32-year-old man was killed by a shotgun blast to the head Saturday and an Anaheim man was arrested on suspicion of the shooting.

Officers found the victim, whose name was withheld until relatives were notified, at 10:30 p.m. at a residence in the 600 block of South Webster Avenue in Anaheim, Police Sgt. Ron Girk said.

Shortly thereafter, officers arrested Armando Medina, 40. Medina, who police said was injured in the shooting, was treated at UCI Medical Center and then booked at Orange County Jail.
