Share

A Pacific Palisades luxury condominium development at 15500 Sunset Blvd. has received the Grand Award in the Landscape Architecture Foundation’s California Landscape Architecture Students Scholarship Fund (LAF/CLASS) Design ’87 awards.

The awards were presented at a dinner at the Westin South Coast Plaza Hotel in Costa Mesa.

Terra cotta tile, smooth-troweled plaster walls, eclectic cast fountains, queen palms and subtropical plantings were combined by the LA Group, landscape architects, and installed by Heads Up Sprinklers, landscape contractors, to create “an elegant European resort environment” for the development by Fred Johnson Investments.

The condominium project also won the Excellence Award in the Multifamily Attached Residential Community category.
