McCulloch Corp., the largest chain-saw maker in the nation, will move its headquarters from Los Angeles to Tucson, where it also will build an assembly plant. Robert Senn, the company’s president and chief operating officer, said its new Arizona facility will be completed late this year. He said 30 to 40 of the roughly 80 administrative employees in Los Angeles will be relocated. Senn said that, among other reasons, the company decided to leave Los Angeles because it was becoming increasingly difficult to recruit people due to the congestion and living costs.
