Norman Silverman has been named vice president-merchandise sales of the Fashion Channel Network Inc., which airs a cable TV program that sells apparel, cosmetics and accessories to home viewers. Silverman previously was regional merchandise manager with Marshalls Inc. Two top executives resigned from the Carson-based Fashion Channel last Friday--Raymond L. Klauer, vice chairman and chief operating officer, and Wayne C. Smith, president.
