Bill LeVine, 67, has resigned as chairman and director of Postal Instant Press Inc. The company has completed the previously announced purchase of 278,337 shares, or about 6.7% of the company’s common stock, at a price of $12.75 per share, from LeVine and members of his family. LeVine will remain as a consultant through June, 1990. Los Angeles-based Postal Instant Press has printing franchises located throughout the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
