Wheel Fails After Jet Lands

SYRACUSE, N. Y. — The front wheel of a Piedmont Airlines plane carrying 32 people collapsed Thursday after the plane had landed at Hancock International Airport, dumping the craft on its nose, officials said. No injuries were reported.
