Schools: Schools in the Buena Park, Centralia, La Habra, Brea-Olinda, Laguna Beach, Newport-Mesa and Tustin school districts were closed Friday. All other school districts will observe the holiday Monday.
Banks: Will be closed Monday.
Mail: There will be no postal delivery Monday.
Trash: Regular pickup schedules will not be interrupted.
