Lazers Take to Road Against Cleveland

The Lazers, who ended their six-game home losing streak last Sunday, will play the first of four games on the road tonight at 5 against the Cleveland Force at Richfield, Ohio.

The road has been good to the Lazers, who have a 7-4 record away from home. But after beating the Stars Jan. 2 in Tacoma, the Lazers (11-12) lost five straight games, including four at the Forum. They finally ended their overall and home losing streaks by defeating the St. Louis Steamers, 3-2, last Sunday. In their last six games, the Lazers have allowed 42 goals.

The Force, which leads the Eastern Division of the Major Indoor Soccer League, is 17-9 after beating Baltimore, 3-2, Wednesday night.
