George Michael reclaimed the No. 1 spot on the Billboard magazine pop album chart, where there’s still not much movement. Gladys Knight and the Pips’ album, “All Our Love,” is doing surprisingly well. It jumped 10 spaces to No. 47. Cher’s album, “Cher,” (No. 70) has been climbing steadily since its slow start. Fast-rising albums: Rick Astley’s “Whenever You Need Somebody” (No.49), Keith Sweat’s “Make it Last Forever” (No. 56) and Taylor Dayne’s “Tell it To My Heart” (No. 55). Pop singles: Tiffany has her second consecutive No. 1 single with “Could’ve Been”; Patrick Swayze’s “She’s Like the Wind” (No. 15) may get into the Top 10 while Eric Carmen’s “Hungry Eyes” (No. 6)--also from the “Dirty Dancing” sound track--is still there.

* Now that Debbie Gibson is in the pop album Top 10--at No. 10--there are two teen female singers up there--a real rarity. Tiffany, who has the No. 2 album, is the other Top 10 teen.
