The Newport Center Assn. Board has elected Richard H. Marowitz president for 1988. Marowitz owns Newport Children’s Bootery in Newport Center Fashion Island and was president of the association in 1985 and 1986. The 1987 president, Newport Beach attorney Roger L. Neu, continues on the NCA board.
