Soviets, Chinese Hold More Talks on Border

MOSCOW —
The Foreign Ministry said Tuesday that Soviet and Chinese representatives held nearly two weeks of talks in Moscow about the nations’ contested border, but it did not say whether any progress was made.
Spokesman Gennady I. Gerasimov told a news conference that the talks were held Jan. 20 through Monday and that another meeting will be held in April in Beijing.
