City officials have been looking at several possible routes through Glendale, said Kerry Morford, senior executive assistant of public works.

Included is a route that travels from Union Station in Los Angeles north on the Glendale Freeway to the Ventura Freeway, then west to San Fernando Road. Another route would also begin in Los Angeles and follow Southern Pacific Railroad’s right of way along San Fernando Road, Morford said.
