La Habra Heights : 3 Challenge 3 Incumbents
All three La Habra Heights City Council incumbents up for reelection are seeking another four years in office.
Charles Wolfarth, a 58-year-old landscape designer and contractor, is running for his third full term. Public school teacher Judith W. Hathaway, 49, and Mayor M. Jay Collins are both trying for their second terms. Collins, 50, is a management consultant.
Challenging them are physician John R. Wible, 55, a city planning commissioner; former City Treasurer Ruth R. Morris, 61, and Teresa Crist, a 36-year-old homemaker.
