Documentary Set on Radioactive Spill
“The River That Harms,” a documentary on the largest radioactive waste spill in the United States, will be screened Sunday at 4 p.m. in Annenberg Auditorium at USC. The spill near Gallup, N.M., primarily affected Navajo Indians who continue to face hardships as a result.
The documentary, produced and directed by Colleen Keane of USC, is a regional award winner in the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences College Television Awards.
