Reagan Selects Regent

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will nominate Alan Marshall Elkins to be a member of the Board of Regents for the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, the White House has announced. Elkins, 57, is chief of psychiatry and president of the medical staff at the Maine Medical Center in Portland, Me.
