Indulging Linda
Poor Linda Kozlowski of “ ‘Crocodile’ Dundee” fame (“Linda Snaps Back,” by Roderick Mann, Feb. 21)!
She bemoans her lack of opportunity to fling the screenplays back in the faces of writers who “are still indulging their fantasies when they write about women.” Instead, she uses their scripts for kindling in her fireplace!
Is this the same actress last seen taking a bikini-clad dip in a crocodile pond before whispering the memorable line, “When I’m around you, Mick, I feel so . . . protected “?
Ms. Kozlowski, I am one writer who wishes that you save some of the screenplays in your fireplace basket. Because if you continue giving interviews like last week’s, you may discover that the only script you’ll receive for burning will be one entitled “Hypocrite.”
