Vietnam War Draft Dodgers

After reading Baker’s article I have nothing but scorn, disgust and unbridled hate for all draft dodgers. How dare these young men reap the benefits of this nation while having committed acts of cowardice and treason? It turns my stomach!

Good men, brave men have fought over 200 years to keep our nation free, and while I’ll admit America is not perfect, it is still the finest country on Earth. The United States offers much to its citizens and asks only loyalty in return. These subhuman creatures should be shot for their crimes against our society as a testament to all those who would desert this nation. One calls to mind President John F. Kennedy’s famous “Ask what you can do for your country” speech, recognizing the irony of the print date of Baker’s article: Feb. 22, Washington’s birthday.
