Shidler Group Buys Wilshire Office Building

The Shidler Group has purchased a 5-story, 124,000-square-foot office building at 2600 Wilshire Blvd. for more than $9 million from Beverly Hills Savings & Loan.
The Honolulu-based real estate investment firm said it will renovate and upgrade the interior of the building, whose largest occupant is Mission Insurance Co. Beverly Hills Savings added the complex to its real estate portfolio after foreclosing on the previous owner.
