Local News in Brief : Garden Grove : 3 Arrested for Allegedly Trying to Sell Drug PCP

Two men and a woman were arrested Thursday after they allegedly attempted to sell Garden Grove undercover detectives a gallon of the hallucinogenic drug PCP.
Duwaine Weber, 24, and Annette Bray, 29, both of Los Angeles and Herbie Hayes, 22, of Compton were booked into Garden Grove Jail for possession of PCP and intent to sell the drug, authorities said.
Hayes may also be charged with possession of an illegal handgun.
They were arrested in a parking lot behind a convenience store in the 6400 block of Westminster Boulevard in Westminster.
The suspects, carrying the drug in a gallon plastic container, had arranged to meet Garden Grove undercover officers at the store. Police said no one resisted arrest.
