A 74-year-old man and a 26-year-old companion were charged Friday with selling two PCP-laced cigarettes to undercover police officers in Los Angeles for $20.

The Los Angeles County district attorney’s office said the pair were arrested at the residence of the older man, Johnny Blackmon, in the 1100 block of East 28th Street shortly after the transaction occurred there Wednesday.

Prosecutors said Lorenzo Henderson took the undercover officers to the house, where he dipped two cigarettes provided by the officers into liquid PCP, a hallucinogenic.
