2 Killed in Illinois Crash of Air National Guard Jet

RUSHVILLE, Ill. —
Two crew members of an Illinois Air National Guard jet were killed when their aircraft crashed in a rural area about 10 miles north of this community, authorities said Saturday.
The plane, a single-engine OA-37 from the 182nd Tactical Air Support Group, with a pilot and a student pilot aboard, crashed Friday night, said Maj. Bob Arnett, a Guard spokesman. The cause was under investigation.
