Space Unit Chief Named

WASHINGTON —
President Reagan today nominated Maj. Gen. Donald L. Cromer for promotion to lieutenant general and assignment as commander of the Air Force Systems Command’s Space Division. Cromer, a native of Grand Junction, Colo., now commands the Air Force’s Space and Missile Test Organization.
